Ordering medicine online in the UK with Avon Pharmacy

How do I place an order with Avon Pharmacy?
Firstly, use the search facility to find the particular item(s) you wish to purchase. Next, follow the steps to enter your order and delivery details. You can then choose to pay either via credit or debit card - we no longer accept cheques. If you are ordering items which require a prescription, you need to print your confirmation email and send the two items together in the post before we can dispense the required drugs.
What happens after I have completed the online order process?
Having completed the order process, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order. If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to email us. We aim to respond to all email messages on the day received (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm).
Do I need to enter my credit card details online?
Yes. Our secure online system is provided by Protx. Avon Pharmacy accepts most card payments.
Can I just fax or email my prescription?
No. We must be in receipt of the original prescription prior to despatching your order.
Can I place a joint or family order?
In exactly the same way as an individual order - simply use the search facility to find the particular item(s) you wish to purchase and ensure that the total number is correct for your entire group. During the order process you will be asked for details of each individual in your party.
Why do I need a prescription?
Your healthcare provider will evaluate your particular medical condition to determine if drug treatment is required. It is illegal for any pharmacy to dispense medication to a patient without a valid prescription if it is categorised as a POM (prescription-only medication). Any so-called "online pharmacy" that offers online consultation or is prepared to supply without receipt of a prescription is either unlicensed or operating illegally.
When will my order arrive?
All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail 24 hour Special Delivery at the cost of £6.99. If you are ordering a POM (prescription-only medication) we must be in receipt of your prescription prior to dispensing your drug, so you must allow extra time for this.
Do you offer an express service?
If your order is extremely urgent, we can normally take steps to ensure that it is expedited. Please email us for more details.
How do I place a repeat order?
All orders, whether first-time or repeat customers, should be placed using the same method. Customers who have ordered from us before can enter their email address and password to access their account which speeds up the ordering process. Follow the steps outlined in the Repeat Prescriptions section of this site.
Do you accept orders from other EU members states or from abroad?
No. We do not accept any orders for any goods from outside of the United Kingdom.
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to refund customers for any purchase provided it has been unopened and is returned carefully packed and not damaged. Under UK pharmacy law, we cannot offer a refund on any drugs which have been dispensed to a patient. Orders may be cancelled at any point up until dispatch by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
